Signing in:
We can place a maximum of 8 couples in each class unless otherwise stated. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. Your booking is secured when we have sent you a confirmation email (if we haven't answered your email, please check that we received it).
Payments:
Payments can be made in two ways: to our bank account before the start of the course, or by cash during the first lesson. We will send you an email with our bank account details before the start of the course.
Making up missed lessons:
You can take a lesson in place of one that you've missed within the same season in any of our regular courses. Please agree this in advance with us to help us manage group sizes. In exceptional circumstances (such as a long illness or injury) you can carry over missed lessons into the following season. We cannot give money back, or reduce course fees, for missed lessons, for any reason.
General:
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme (e.g. that another teacher falls in for us, or that we have to change the venue for an evening). We will give advance notice of any such changes as early as we can.
Where we have to cancel a single lesson because of sickness or travel delays we will reschedule the lesson on another date in agreement with the groups affected.
In the case of a drastic and unforeseen change to the programme (for example a course has to be wholly or partly cancelled) we will refund your payment for the proportion of the course that you cannot take. In all other cases, if you find that you cannot take lessons after you have booked the course, we cannot make a refund.
Vacations:
We are contracted by holiday organisers to give tango workshops at their location. Please check directly with the organiser of the holiday what their cancellation policy is before making your booking. Changes in scheduling in these cases are outwith our control and we can take no responsibility for them. If we have to make a change to the programme (for example if one of us is ill) we will ask another teacher to stand in for us. We will inform you of any such programme changes as soon as we can.
