BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We can place a maximum of 12 couples in each class (places for His ‘n’ Hers are limited to 10 individuals in each class). Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Your booking is secured when we have sent you a confirmation email (so if we haven’t answered your email, please check that we received it). Payments can be made in two ways: to our Giro account prior to the start of the course, or by cash during the first lesson at the latest.

It is possible that we may have to make small changes to the programme (for example, that another teacher works with us when one of us is not available, or that we have to change the venue for an evening). We will give advance notice of any such changes as early as we can. In the case of a drastic and unforeseen change to the programme (for example a course has to be cancelled because of insufficient bookings) we will refund your payment for the proportion of the course that you cannot take. In all other cases, if you find that you cannot take lessons after you have booked the course, we cannot make a refund.
